Specializations
With a background in clinical nutrition, Ayurvedically informed dietary recommendations play a key role in consultations. So much can occur within the domain of the kitchen, the primary therapeutic laboratory! In addition, Ayurvedic medicine offers a plethora of modalities to draw from for health and healing. Yoga therapy (including pranayama, meditation, mantra, etc.), herbal medicine, therapeutic nutrition, sadhana, clinical bodywork, the art of personalized lifestyle routines...Ayurveda gifts us these, and much, much more.
"Ayurveda is an Ocean." - Vaidya Jayarajan

"Mind, soul, and body - these three are like a tripod. The world is sustained by their combination. They constitute the substratum of all that be. This trinity is termed as the sentient living being and it is this subject matter for which Ayurveda has been brought to light."
- Charaka Samhita
